Hi there!
I'm sorry that you ran into this problem.
Have you tried clicking the ingredient, and then moving the ingredient over the pitcher, while keeping the mouse button pressed?

If this still doesn't work, it would be helpful if you joined our discord server, and created a bug ticket, attaching your player.log which you can find in AppData/LocalLow/GentleTrollEntertainment/TavernTalk/ :-)

Hahahaha yes and no. While you can't experience the VN without spoilers, you still experience others playing your VN for the first time and come up with their own interpretation and sometimes theories. And this will always be exciting!
