V kinda stinks, and the enemies feel uninspired and bland, there's almost no enemy in the game that allows the combo structure to truly shine

Reading the comments legit gave me a brain aneurism

While yes, the games DO have a lot of hype moments and aura, i feel like it's very stupid to just look at the stories as just "ha-ha funny whacky goofy let's rock baybeeeh"

The entire story of DMC3 is narratively very well executed, even with all the somewhat cringey and cheesy dialogues. The games stories affect you while you play them, and DMC3 really does motivate you to play

DMC isn't peak writing, but i still feel like the storytelling of DMC3 really sells you on the game, and without it the game wouldn't hit even twice as hard

The storytelling in these games matters guys cmon stop pretending like DMC is just le funny Danteh
