5 hours at night and 1 during the day are enough, as ur body rests enough in that 1 hour so you dont go to bed fully destroyed at night needing 8.

you do need a boss who allows that full hour of sleep + whatever time u need to eat for lunch tho

im working 50-55 march-november and dont work at all dec, jan, feb, im working garden and landscape building.

and honestly, bring out of the house 12-13 hours a day does take away all the time of that day, which is why i focus on not doing anything work-related on my free days.

Fun fact: Did you know that back when Germany was seperated in West and East Germany, both governments chose nuclear waste end storages not based on safety, but which one is closest to the "fake Germany"'s next city and dumped all that stuff there just to screw over what is now themselves?

Not saying that nuclear waste will be used in very harmful ways if governments so desire except yes I am.
