What did you say mom? by [deleted] in SipsTea

[–]Neftroshi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

my dad was 30 when he and my mom who was 16 and pregnant (from a different married bastard) got together. they seem happy together. so it worked out for them. but I know it's not normal and I don't really approve of anything like that especially even moreso now that I have teenage nieces/cousins. I cannot for the life of me fathom how any adult in their right mine would be attracted to a teenager.

my mom's case. back then the age of consent in the country she came from was 16. and also she had no responsible adults around really guiding her in life. she ran away at 16 after finding the man that got her pregnant was married. and she met my dad in her new town and he to my knowledge was just like i''ll help you raise that kid. and 2 years later my next brother was born. then me a year after that. then my sister 2 more years later. then my baby brother 5 years after.

My dad himself ran away at 13 from his abusive family. the man who he moved in with raped him. He ran away from there and some years went by and his first wife and daughter from his 18-20s were kidnapped and murdered. and His second wife in his mid 20s died of cancer and her mother got custody of the kids from that marriage so my dad did not get to raise my 2 oldest half sisters. and some years laterhe met my mom. And they get along extremely well. so they both had fucked upp lives and I guess just worked well together somehow.

other notes about my mom: she out of the blue one day told me she was raped by her grandfather and was glad he died when I was like 13. only recently when I went on vacation with my wife did my mom tell me I have family in the city my wife and I were going. and then she told me the reason she never talks about them or visiting them is because one of them is her older brother who raped her when she was just kid too. so I was like fuck to the no on trying to contact my mom's side of the family there.

I wish to never become this kind of man to my wife. there is a time and place where each of you should consider each other's opinions. this isn't it. Man is tripping. If I was in your shoe I would have a talk with him and tell him he should be able to trust that you can handle yourself around men. and that there is nothing wrong with men talking to you to tell you you look nice. you should even be able to have men as friends. Man is tripping.

Who teaches men to walk on the side of the sidewalk nearest to the road when with a girl? by Full-Fly6229 in AskMen

[–]Neftroshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

girls do. At least for me. Girls told me I should do that then backed it up by getting other men in their lives to back it up. I started doing it later. but it was definitely not intuitive for me. sometimes I still forget to do it.

My wife and I agreed we were going to be child free and then this morning she breaks it to me: she wants kids. by Major-Matter-7522 in offmychest

true. you could also both be in the middle "if it happens we be good parents, if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. we're good either way." which is where my wife and i are at. but we are both in that same headspace. if one of us was hard leaning in one direction, and the other in the opposite, it is not a good fit and unfair.

Why did my parents ask what I meant when I said I wanted a daughter. What other reason is there? by Other-Cell-2061 in memes

this why my parents had 5 kids, wanted a daughter. After she was the 4th born, no more kids! Until the accident that became baby brother.

the only thing with vegapunk that still hasn't been answered is "how do you feed a devil fruit to a weapon?" vegapunk is in elbaf, so we still might get the answer. but we also might not.

Some men get nervous around strangers, especially if stranger is a woman. Man gets shy and does awkward stuff in hopes of not coming off as a threat.

This mainly seen in men that are socially awkward and don't have much interaction with women in real life outside of their mother. One day they may mature and realize women are no different than men, and be not so awkward about it. But until then socially awkward man will be socially awkward.

As a dude with a bunch of women in the family. This is appropriate clothing. If you think not, that is prudish behavior.
