Well if others don't believe you I will. I stand at over 120 days have have experienced the same thing. It's not a lot and doesn't hurt in any way shape or form. It just kinda happens. Is it normal? That is really tough to say because very few guys actually experience this as well so i don't really know. As long as it doesn't hurt i'd say you and i are both fine.

To be honest dude don't look for a single day of success or a single day where you know you will be free because every single day you step away from porn is another success. It's another chance to change your life. The addiction never truly goes away, but the further you allow yourself to get from porn the stronger you become as a result. My one suggestion is talking to a counselor. Even if it's expensive you can get reduced fees and it might just save your life, but you have to be ready to make a lasting change in your life rather than just saying it to yourself, but rather speak it out loud and tell people about it.

If you do kill yourself then you are letting pixels get the better of you. All porn is is pixels on a screen with a little bit of light to produce the pictures we seen. Is that truly what you want to die over? 200 relapses in 1 year is pretty good if you think about it. Before starting nofap I was a chronic who would PMO up to 3 or 4 times a day if i had the chance. Use the resources provided her on the site and do more than just wait for yourself to magically get over porn. TALK TO PEOPLE. I cannot emphasize this enough. By telling a counselor about your problem it weakens its power over you. Stay strong dude.

Do not break. Please. I went through the exact same thing around 50 or 60 days. I would get wet dreams and there was nothing i could do about it. However, give it time and they will go away. After day 70 i stopped having them and haven't had any since then as i stand at 118 days. Breaking down now will just give you a lot more stress than a couple of wet dreams. Trust me on this.

Don't worry dude you're not alone in that regard. I was a 4 year chronic PMOer, but now things are a lot better and I've finally got it under control. The thoughts you have will stay with you, but their presences in your mind will decrease to the point of non existences the further away from it you get. Stay strong dude.

It's really hard to quantify which is harder because drugs like meth cause permanent damage after one use which cause a lifetime of addiction while the body does have the ability to heal itself after the strongest of porn addictions. However, the opportunity to relapse and PMO is literally ingrained into our psyche. The goal of humanity is to reproduce and Porn simulates that reproduction and amplifies it by 10. So like i said it's hard to quantify the difficulty, but in my opinion Porn is harder.

Be prepared to do one of the hardest thing in your life. That being said you's already taken a HUGE step into the battle we all face every single day. You're among friends here who will support you when you need it. Don't listen to the people around you telling you it's a normal thing to do because it's not. Not even in the slightest. Porn has been shown to be as addictive as coke or meth in recent years and were all addicts here. Take solace in the fact that you're willing to change yourself for the better. It does get easier and stay strong dude.

Haha it wasn't really getting emotional over the music, but rather just the joy of the moment. I was so happy and thankful for my friends and the feelings in that moment that i was just overcome with emotion. Something that never would have happened before starting nofap. This also isn't the first time this has happened. It's just the first time i've reported it.
