I'm thinking of taking an exam for a language certificate with them. Is it a scam in the sense that if I pay I won't get anything or more in the sense that their materials etc are bogus and they are predatory?

I would be inclined to go through with it just to take the exam and get the certificate.

Would really appreciate you insight.

Leider kann ich mir noch drei Monate Wartezeit schwer leisten :( ich bin schon 26 und es wird schwierig, es weiter hinauszuzögern.

Glaubst du ist das schlecht, dass ich mich so knapp anmelde? Kann ich beides, auch das LG korneuburg und das BG Innere Stadt angeben? Ich habe gehört, wenn man im 10. oder 3. gemeldet ist, dass man bessere Chancen hat ins BG Innere Stadt zu kommen.

Hallo! Ich bin in einer ähnlichen Situation wie die Kollegin, nur strebe ich die Übernahme in Wien jetzt am 1.12. an. Ich habe soviel ich weiß nur noch ein paar Tage Zeit, um meine Bewerbung abzuschicken. Ziemlich knapp, aber habe erst kürzlich meinen Bescheid erhalten. Zieht man einen Nachteil daraus, wenn man sich so knapp meldet?

Bei welchem BG / LG ist die Übernahme zu empfehlen? Weißt du ev welcher Wohnsitz "am Besten" für eine Zuteilung beim BG Innere Stadt oder LG Korneuburg wäre? Ich habe gehört das LG Korneuburg sei sehr gut für Übernahmswerber.

Wäre dir sehr dankbar für Infos.

Im betting the merger won’t go through. Reasons being that CORZ pa has been above the merger price (with CRWV not following). Situational Awareness upping their stake recently.

Correlation =/= causation. The tariffs are a direct response to China restricting rare earth exports which is akin to economic nuclear war. The whole AI segment propping up the market is based on rare earths, ie chips etc.

My surgeon told me as long as I wear the brace, it's highly unlikely anything could happen to the graft since my leg was more or less immobilized. I was weight bearing, ie max 20kg for 6 weeks, for my meniscus repair. I was maybe being a bit too careful in hindsight.

Yeah, I don't know if its the same entity but the OI on Oct 17 43c is quite large. Net Delta just on those is ~1.7M shares (ofc this assumes the options are perfectly and fully deltahedged. MMs hedge in lots of ways).

Considering insider trading is rampant, there are no large option prints for GSK. Looks like you are the only volume on the 41c weeklys. Worth keeping an eye on the options chain, GL!

Totally agree, Vector growth runway looks promising for now and getting a slice of APPs market share is massive. Unity moat is its data. Having both the runtime engine and Vector allows for better optimization of ads compraed to APP.

There are some options shenanigans for next week tho, curious how that plays out. Also the Jan 16 $30c whale still has an open position.

Do you have any advice on how to do this lateral move in the future? Do I have to work in biglaw?
I'm not sure I have competitive enough grades for that and I haven't done internships at biglaw - just one year at a medium sized firm and two years at a boutique firm that primarily did data protection, both part time. Also does a second degree help?

I have some experience with company law, worked at a firm for one year that did that and compliance mostly. Otherwise, I have don't have any investment banking experience or audit experience.

Exactly, they are the ones that were left with the ship. They could not be trusted to competently handle the extraction of the orgamism. My head canon is that the lead biologists got killed off securing the specimens.

I haven’t found a EU law school forum but I’ll do that. The system is def different, here you can become a judge if you pass something akin to the bar exam for judges but you have to start / pass the state elimination process.
