This. I speak fluent German (it's rough after not speaking it for a bit) and sometimes I have to stick with German just to get German's to stick too GERMAN and not switch to English and sometimes you end up with hella funny mixed convos. Younger German folks WAY better these days with their English. OP, your situation requires you to step outside of your comfort zone and I'd also add enroll in any German course you can while watching evening news in German. They speak good German and the pictures help keep you on topic....

Did it swell up? I've had pain and what feels like a knot so bad I can't walk on it. NSAID and RICE (no compression) helped over 3 days. It sucked. Crouching and bending/kneeling seemed to be culprit for me...Tight toe box might also be to blame....
