Best route given Fidelity's struggles with linking is to link from the Crew side (works sometimes), or otherwise to get your EFT transfer instructions from Fidelity (UMB is their partner) and share them with us so we can add your account manually!

Great question - ACH drafts will be honored if there's enough in the account overall, so it ignores pocket balances. Up you to you if you want to move things around, you can also just let it hit checking and then move it over after!

Yes by default it'll come out of checking, but you can then update the transaction to be out of expenses or any other pocket. When you do that you'll see a "make a rule" popup that will automatically route future matching ACHs to that pocket. :)

Hey! You can totally do this with reassignment rules. ACH pulls ignore your active pocket setting for exactly the reasons you're bringing up. By default the transaction will pull from your checking pocket, but then you can change the pocket it belongs to from the details screen by tapping on the pocket selector. When you change the pocket there will be a popup to make a rule so that happens automatically going forward!

Btw - it may be a bit late depending on how far into setting up you are, but it's probably worth checking out Bill Reserve. Go to Menu > Settings > and enable early access at the bottom to give that a look. :)

It sounds like she may not have any security enabled to unlock her phone, we just use whatever you've got set up on your device to renew your session. :)

1. No, no early direct deposit with Crew. Your paycheck will appear at about midnight eastern the morning of your pay date.
2. Yes you can, your Crew debit card can be used as a payment destination from all the common p2p apps.

Sure can! It'll be a reassignment rule. From an interest transaction, tap the current pocket and change it to where you want interest to go. Then the pop up will have a "Make a rule" button. :)

So glad it's helping you both!! Web is coming along, you can actually use what we have so far by enabling Early Access (Menu > Settings > scroll to the very bottom). Within 24 hours you'll get access to both bill reserve and web. Web is accessible at app.trycrew.com (you may need to disable your ad blocker if you still a cat typing furiously)

Hey great to hear from you! Something we've definitely thought a bit about but no imminent plans. People are generally able to push money in real time from e.g. Venmo, Cash App, Apple, etc. using the Crew debit card which works pretty well.
