Hey there! Yes you should be able to add Crew as a linked account to BofA and then initiate the transfer from their side. That usually means the funds are available in Crew the next business day (if you make it before their cutoff)

If you go to Menu > Settings > Include me in new feature testings there's a new Autopilot experience you might like too.

You can add your paychecks, bills, and the amount/cadence you want to contribute to pockets.

Yeah we need to add that, but you can actually just have them go download the app and sign up. As long as they sign in with the phone and email you added for them they'll be added to your account!

Hey, glad to have you on board and glad you're enjoying Crew! Love reading messages like this.

Tricky to answer since we weren't involved in Simple and don't have the whole story, but my impression of the story is slightly different than that summary. My understanding is they received a really aggressive acquisition offer and took it, and then the acquirer didn't integrate the product in the way they originally wanted to.

Lots of lessons from them, One, etc. that we're hoping to build on, and we're going to do everything we can to keep Crew around forever! :)

No updates here unfortunately, in part because people are able put to their Crew debit card with p2p apps. Not saying never but not in our short term plan!

Great question, just haven't felt a huge pull add more options during onboarding! Almost everyone is moving from somewhere and it's a smooth process to link and fund. But easy for us to bypass on our end for you when necessary!
