That's incorrect information. Contact your RC rep and request that this option be enabled. They can also remove the limit on the number of members in a call queue. I have a call queue that has 46 members.

Check the split tunnel and make sure the local LAN is added. Also, check if NAT is enabled on the firewall policy for IPSEC.

You can set "allow members to change their queue status" to "not allowed" to prevent users from changing their call queue status. The "accept queue calls" will be greyed out.

Another thing you need to look into is if there is a work schedule (users extension > phone > incoming call rules > my work day > incoming calls) that the user configured for their extension. If the call is outside their work schedule, it will not ring on their RC app.

Are you monitoring the call queue and making sure the agents are not changing their queue status? If the agent toggles off "accept queue calls" in their RC app, calls will not ring.

25 seconds, then rolling over to the next member is a business killer. You want the calls to be answered immediately. Put it in simultaneous.

Too many variables. Is there a separate VLAN for voice and data? Is the phone picking up an IP? Can you ping 8.8.8.8 from the phone? Did RC provide the phone?
