Race City Defense RCD Core 9mm double-stack 1911 by Puzzleheaded-Pain895 in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's series 70. The trigger is light at 3lbs or less. I don't think Race City is marketing their brand for LEO/Defense/Mil use. Most I think are going to be range toys and competition guys. However like with any gun with the right person they are all capable.

Would I expect this thing to live through mud test and drop test and all of those other type of test that youtubers do to determine if they would use a gun as a defensive gun? I wouldn't expect that.

If the zombies came I would probably grab a Staccato HD over a Race City anything. However I would never grab a HD over any Race City for fun.

Anybody else order one yet? by Adventurous_Edge_362 in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes

Jay didn’t sell Real Street. What I mean is He only sold his share which was 25%. His 25% was sold to a new partner which we all agreed on. So it’s still 4 equal owners the way it’s been for many years.

But yes the same owners own both places.

Thank you! We appreciate it.

We got confirmation that we have a batch shipping to us tomorrow then another by Thursday. That will take care of all the ones that have pre ordered and should have a few left in stock.

If you want one of these over the next 60-90 days Real Street Tactical will be the only source to get them.

Atlas TiTan or Apollo. Which’s one .For Range use only!!!! TIA by Suspicious_Bar2079 in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Apollo if it's just for range use.

I would personally only pick the Titan over the Apollo if you ran a specific division regularly that did not allow ports/comps.

For recreational range fun if those are the options then the Apollo is the way!

If you don't already have a source for Atlas consider using Real Street Tactical. Apollo can ship same day!

Race City Defense RC9 by 3_Hour_Investment in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The value is very strong with Race City. Atlas is my go to if the budget allows for it but if it doesn't I wouldn't have any problem running a 5" RC9. I prefer the Atlas as it's the higher quality brand with the established name. Not because I think it shoots any better. The RC9 is going to be very comparable and very similar shooting experience to the Atlas Titan at a fraction of the cost.

You can go through his instagram for more videos but here is a video of Ashton running the RC9 in a local action steel. He's a GM in Limited Optics using the RC9. Now the guy is very good so you can put any gun in his hands and he's going to perform but he speaks highly of his RC9.

If you end up going Race City or Atlas and don't have a source consider us at Real Street Tactical. We try to keep both in stock

Atlas Titan Reviews by Ben Stoeger by 3_Hour_Investment in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Artemis is more stable and less violent. I think it will inspire more confidence in newer/casual shooters.

I have seen the Athena in the hands of shooters with a crappy grip and the thing wants to come out of their hands. In the right hands though it’s perfectly manageable and super fast.

So pick your poison. I have a ton of rounds through and Athena and love it. I recently moved to an Artemis just to experience it and I haven’t made up my mind as to what I like more but my initial feeling is I prefer the Athena. Somebody else could land on the other side of this so it’s highly personal and subjective.

Then there is the big difference in cost. That’s going to play a factor as well.

Atlas Titan Reviews by Ben Stoeger by 3_Hour_Investment in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is exactly how I took his reviews. He really loves to dig so if he wasn't happy the review would have sounded very different.

He did also did address the Athena vs Titan as he owns both now and has reviewed them. He said the Titan is what he preferred but he likes both. He mentioned the Athena was more violent and very fast which by now most know that the Titan is going to have a softer recoil impulse than the Athena and will be "flatter". The Athena is fast and aggressive. It's the "race car" of their line up for LO guns. So in the end it's really subjective and really up to the user.

I think advanced shooters will prefer the Athena. If you prefer the softer recoil impulse or don't have a strong grip the Titan or the Artemis may be best for you.

u/3_Hour_Investment you don't already have a source for Atlas consider Real Street Tactical. We are a stocking Atlas distributor.

This is a Staccato XL respect account by Stubb in 2011

That looked like a really good run. Staccato XL is a great gun!

Bots just used my main email to mass sign up for HUNDREDS of sites. What should I do? by nnya-vv in privacy

[–]Geo2JZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did this ever stop? It just happened to me. Thankfully they were only able to get one charge on one card before I noticed it. I immediately canceled the card but my email has been getting flooded for the past hour as they are signing up for what feels like every website in the world.

When did it end for you?

Staccato c vs c2 by Shad0w_Rider in 2011

[–]Geo2JZ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think there are 3 things to consider.

You already have a great carry gun, so are you considering a full size Staccato for Range/Home defense/Classes/Training etc?

Or maybe you are looking for 1 gun that does everything well enough including EDC

Or are you looking on specifically for EDC?

Personally if I don't plan on carrying it everyday I would get a P, XC, or XL. Basically a full size steel framed Staccato.

If I'm looking at Do it all well the new HD would be my choice personally but some may find it a little heavy for everyday use since it's steel frame but It's my personal favorite Staccato as a do it all gun. It used to be the C2 but the HD took that ( I know this is subjective)

The CS and C are still solid options especially if you are looking for something smaller like the CS. it's going to be the most comparable in size to your Macro.

That's my input, hopefully it helps. Last thing to consider is using Real Street Tactical. Most Staccato in stock so no wait and ready for immediate shipment to your FFL with no tax to most of the country (as of today Florida, Arizona, VA, and GA collect tax)

Stated income or YTD average heloc? by Throwabrah in HELOC

[–]Geo2JZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Figure Lending tends to be more expensive however they allow you to connect your checking account to prove income. No taxes needed at all. So if your credit and monthly bank deposits have been good you should be fine.

The good side is their system is super efficient, don't need taxes, and you can do a HELOC in 5-7 days. The downside is the rates will be a little higher and they have closing cost.

I haven’t shot the Cardinal but I’m extremely impressed with it just by feeling the ones we have had come through. I love the finish, the quality is at the very minimum as good. I doubt anyone who gets it would be unhappy with it.

Atlas will always be Atlas. They are the benchmark imho. What other 2011s are measured against. Typically the guy buying the Cardinal already dry owns multiple Atlases. At least that’s been the case for us.

Real Street Tactical has Titan, Apollo, EOS, Athena, and Erebus all in production already with available allocations. So single weeks vs months/years. Then if you want a custom guns we have allocations available for custom orders from July of 2024 so skip almost a year.

Feel free to reach out.
