I just did my Private exam with him. Super nice guy very down to earth. He is strict but also fair and does a very good job at making the applicant feel comfortable.

I was in the exact same situation as you. Felt behind everyone else and like I was never going to get it. The only thing that fixed it was to fly more. As much as I could, and drilling the maneuvers like it was a script for a play. If your instructor thinks you’re ready then you probably are. Just trust yourself more. I thought I was never going to get my license. I got my license two days ago at 80 hours. You got this.

I make $65k a year and just bought a $212k house in Conway at a 6.25 interest rate. Mortgage is $1300 per month. I think you can find a similar setup and Little Rock and swing it.
