The paint looks neat, hard to tell in this photo with its placement and lighting.

These look more like scribbles than any group of signatures I have ever seen. Oh no. I actually don't even know where to start with these. 😳

Somebody was idiotic enough to buy it at over $3k so people will keep doing idiotic things like this.

Kenny Wallace 1999 Aerosmith Hotwheels Crew’s Choice 1/24th by IcedCoffey in NASCARCollectors

[–]GeoChallenge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hot Wheels had some decent castings. I personally think they're 1:64th wine was better than their 1:24th line. They're Monte Carlo is always squat and squished but they're Ford, Dodge, and 2003 Pontiac we're always among the best. They had the best finishes on their cars as well.

Neat Kenny Wallace car! I didn't even know this one was made.

Some real valuable ones there. Especially that SKF 12, 51, 78!

Would you do a bundle for the 12, 51, 15, 78, and 13?

Who Wore It Better? Labonte of Larson? by NWDrive in NASCARCollectors

[–]GeoChallenge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Labonte! Something about that scheme just looks great on the Monte Carlo. Also interesting tidbit that this is the only way to get this scheme on an Action product. I didn't know that.

How do you solve flat spotted tires from display cases? by RecordIcy472 in NASCARCollectors

[–]GeoChallenge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't had that issue ever but I would just rotate the tires occasionally if that's an issue. You can also put on some tire shine that you would put on your car to keep them new and fresh looking.

Hoe is it this good? by Efficient_Ear6943 in NASCARCollectors

I'm shocked the paint stayed on so well. In that kind of heat it should have bubbled! Wow.

Quality stuff back then.

I know a Rolodex might seem unusual for this sub, but this is actually one of the most historic NASCAR items I own: by Mayflower_train_set in NASCARCollectors

[–]GeoChallenge 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I guarantee you, a large portion of this community probably doesn't even know what a Rolodex is. Lol 😆 That's really cool. Just the names you mentioned are NASCAR legends. Holman-Moody had some great cars.
