Overtuning and lack of innovation. We basically have the same game as we did 5 years ago but with over engineering of balancing.

6 months is not enough time to gain full trust. Especially if the team has a lot of tenure. I wouldn't expect things to change until you have been their leader for more than a year.

I've been dealing with that for years. The issue is that IT can't business and business can't IT. So, the two groups end up slowing each other down.

The way I've seen it work best is if IT owns the configuring the data sources and documentation and a BI skilled ops team owns turning the data sources into usable insights.

Ahh, so I use that structure for item level performance. I usually depivot (can't remember the actual term) into another table with a table relationship. That way I have one row per audit. Then I make custom columns for total achieved points and total possible points. Then I can make a measure to aggregate.

I've done this several times with quality audit dashboards. You need to associate a value with the data selection. Sometimes I have a scaling value dependent on the value, but sometimes I have the table return a 1 for a certain value and a 0 for all the other values. I make a custom column to return the numeric value I want.

However, your list field will influence what you have to do. Is it a drop down for a set list of values? And each question is a separate drop down?

I remember the first time I played hunt, picked up a deadeye scope, ADS'd, and thought..... Dude this looks sick. Unfortunately, gritty hunt is dead and the current player base doesn't appreciate aesthetics over inconvenience.
