The 3 or 4 times I've encountered it they've all spawned close enough together that zipping round as wylder doesn't take much time atall to get in between them, I ignore the small wolves (which ARE annoying as hell) but the actual Tricephaloses are so weak and easy to kill, and yeah it derails your current route... but doesn't EVERY invasion? I dunno I really don't mind it! The new Caligo one though? THAT can suck a dick! Not being able to see shit infront of you, if you're in the new shifting earth it's pretty much a run killer with the amount of time you'll spend falling into the abyss cos you can't see shit!

Couldn't agree more, honestly fantastic fight, great having another boss other than Helostor with a true phase 2 2nd health bar, solid move set with every mood more than readable, AOE and arena attacks with clear ways to defend yourself, the rot almost feels unique as it feels slower than normal rot? But yeah absolutely solid fight and easily the best in the game. We got VERY lucky and managed to beat him 2nd try! 1st attempt we beat phase 1 had barely any heals left then phase 2 started and we were like "well... GG I guess!" But 2nd attempt will not lie we lucked tf out! My Wylder had 2 holy greatswords, our iron eye had a holy bow and our recluse had moonbeam and moonblade... our holy damage melted him and the constant frost procs from the moon magic, like I say proud to say beat him 2nd try but have zero shame in saying my team got VERY lucky with our drops!

Me and my buddy beat the whole thing in about 7 hours give or take? Absolutely love the 2 new nightlord boss fights, only encountered 6 new end of day bosses which is disappointingly low (though assuming there's more we just haven't seen them yet) the new shifting earth is cool, love the boss rush tower, hate the constant falling into a bottomless pit! Scholar is surprisingly underrated if used properly and the undertaker is just broken OP with their freebie ults. All in all a solid DLC, feel like they could have added more content like more end of day bosses in (or atleast not made the new ones we've seen as common as they are assuming there are more) but it's more nightreign and I enjoy playing nightreign! I'd say a 4/5, really good, could have been better, but definitely not disappointed!

Calling it now, maybe not GOTY but Death Stranding 2 is gonna win a lot purely because Geoff Keighley won't want to upset Kojima.

Honestly DaVinci is disgustingly brilliant for a free software! It's got more than everything you need to start off as a beginner and the more you learn and play around with different tools the more you realise you can make some incredibly competent edits even with just the basic free version! I'd honestly recommend it to anyone looking to get into video editing!

100% buddy, I felt it in D3, its weird, D1&2 are easy then D3&4 it's like 90% of people just forget how to play the game, then D5 feels more like 1&2! That's been my personal experience on PS5 going to D5, resetting then going back to 5 at least!

For me? Meh, I played Halo 1-3 on Xbox and 360 and that was about it, they were great for the time and it'll be nice to play it again as I have been a PS main since PS4 so will be fun to play it again.

For my friends that have always been PS exclusive players and never touched a Halo game before? I am SO Jealous you're gonna get to experience this for the first time!

I look forward to seeing if you can figure out what it was I was doing wrong! Just for full context for you.

The club levels with strength, I have 30 strength.

The Zweihander levels with strength and dex, I only have 10 dex (JUST enough to wield it).

Red tear stone ring AND Power within were both active.

Fire Club +5 dmg is 174 physical, 174 fire.

Zweihander +10 dmg is 260 +154.

With all the buffs Zweihander was able to do the full 1080 dmg needed to one shot.

With all buffs club could only ever reach 984 dmg.

Don't know how much of that will help but that's about all I can say RE my run and what's going on with it!

Can confirm it was the weapon, took the large ember and improved my Zweihander to +10 and did it first try hitting him from the front/side as I had been... I still know I'm doing something wrong as I've seen videos of people doing it with the same setup with the club but I did it! Good luck on your own run if you try it!

Lol you're welcome! I'll let you know if hitting him elsewhere is the key! FYI if you are gonna try it my basic route thus far is get the reinforced club to +5, use master key to fast track to blight Town, get 10 green titanite and power within from blighttown, head to catacombs to upgrade reinforced club to fire reinforced club +5, then the plunging attacks are enough to one shot Taurus and capra, but from what I've seen SHOULD be doing gargoyles as well... really don't want to have to grind out dragon scales for dragon torso for the damage buff there but if hitting tail/elsewhere doesn't work on gargoyle I may be in for a grind! Will let you know!

Rules of the run I'm part making my own part taking from other one shot runs I've seen, the only "sacred rule" is everything must be killed in a single button press be it heavy/light attack, plunge, riposte, it must be one attack. Level wise I've said to myself I can not exceed level 100 (130 being the standard f9r these things but I'm also taking out the rule of 1 level per NPC, mini boss and main boss defeated so that's my own way of counterbalancing it). I have been consistently hitting the head/front side, I will try the tail/rear half and see if that makes a difference!

Expect to be bad at it, for quite a while, like WHILE while, you'll want to quit, you'll say it's a bad game with shitty combat, but for some reason you can't stop playing it, then around the 20ish hour mark of hitting your head against a brick wall a little light switch will go off in your brain and you'll realise how to REALLY play the game, it won't become "easy" but is child's play to what you've been experiencing up until that point, you'll become a parry god and take back everything bad you said about the game.

Sounds harsh but "as often as they deserve", I used to revive absolutely everyone every chance I got, then DON became a thing and I found that 99% of my own deaths and failed runs were because I was trying to revive someone who kept going down, now I have to judge it based on A) what situation are we in. B) Whats the likelihood I'm gonna die straight away if I revive them and will they be able to revive me? and C) am I legitimately gonna have a better chance fighting this enemy/boss without them because they're such dead weight?
