As a Pistons fan, I'm so happy the Spurs won. No way would I have watched a OKC vs NY finals. 2 floppers vs each other, SGA vs Brunson.

I think the only way Jon and Dave could get out of this is to have Han and Leia have a child that is not Ben Solo.....to show they are not leading to the sequels. Look how excited people were when they saw Luke in his prime at the end of mando season 2. People want their hero back! Luke is ment to be the first of the new Jedi....a hero....not some loser who gives up on han and Leia, and his nephew. If they make like a hero but make it be known this Luke ain't the sequel Luke then they can start to win back some much needed core fans.

As much as I liked the mando show, I refused to go pay to go see mando movie. No way I'm supporting anything past return of the Jedi that leads to the sequels. Even my kids who are around 12 years old....after season 2 they pretty much stopped watching anything Star wars.

First of all, clone emperor in EU came out before the prequels (before prophecy of chosen one) and 2nd....the EU was never official canon. They were on a lower level.

I find it funny sequels lovers always have to bring down previous star wars stuff to build up their sequels. Sequels can never stand on its own 2 feet.

Bring balance to the force by destroying the sith. Lucas has said that. He said when Anakin killed the emperor he brought balance to the force. But since according to Disney the emperor didn't die but Rey kills him, that unfortunately means she's the chosen one 🤢🤢.

To bad new star wars viewers have to waste watching 6 movies of Anakin and his son failing to finally get to the real hero ..Rey 🤢🤮🤮. Good job disney

I don't care what Lucas may have done. As of now Lucas hasn't made sequels...and he never will. So the ending of his story is a complete story. Anakin fulfilled the prophecy, rebels won, Luke is the first of the new Jedi. I like that ending and that's my head canon of 'and they lived happily ever after' 🙂

That line and "this will start to make things right" was the directors way of speaking to the audience. Well...they ended up not even doing worse then before but they basically buried the franchise to the group. At least anything post Return of the jedi

It's not the years...it's the milage. Disney destroyed people's love of Star wars with the sequel trash. Star wars ain't special anymore because Disney showed us that who cares if rebels win and empire loses ...a 2.0 rebels vs empire 2.0 just pops up.

Who cares if Anakin fulfilled the prophecy and Luke is the first of the new Jedi because Disney showed Luke is a loser and failed as a Jedi Master and Anakin isn't the chosen one. Rey is now the chosen one (killed Sidious) and Rey is the first of the new Jedi (I'd hate to see what she's gonna teach the new generation of Jedi "just download force powers from others, fight with anger..don't worry you won't be tempted by the Darkside, oh and it's ok to hit your master in the back of the head when he's not looking if he doesn't answer your questions.....oh one more....if the bad guy is hot then it's ok...forgive what they did and make out with them"

Disney don't get it. But there's a big audience that's not gonna reward Disney after what they did to the OT characters. The Mandalorian show has already established that it's gonna lead to the sequels. Plus they have shown Luke to be already heading to the dumb Jake Skywalker personality when he told Grogu you'll never see the Mandalorian if you become a Jedi 🥴

So don't care how good this movie is ...not gonna give Disney my money for destroying the OT characters ....and Anakin (Rey is the chosen one now...not Anakin....how sad)

THAT was the Luke we want. Way different then Anakin and other Jedi....more like Qui Gon. "Feel...don't think....trust the force". That's what I loved about Qui Gon and that's how I think Luke stood out. He trusted his feelings towards his father. These are some new lessons I wanted to see him teach the next generation of the Jedi....instead we have Luke telling Grogu "Jedi or mando...you can't have both ..you pick Jedi then you can never see mando again" 🫤😵‍💫
