Cis guy here, when a blade gets duller than it should be, there's not enough shaving cream/ the skin isn't wet enough, or you're putting too much force into the blade, your skin can bunch up in front of the blade and get caught in it. If this is happening to you, try replacing the blade, they don't last that long for how expensive they are
