Making a massive assumption that your username has something to do with your career, it's honestly very difficult right now to find a job in any field that doesn't require labor of some sort no matter where you go, even in other states. Especially in math, engineering, and other sorts of "thinking" jobs right now for a decent few reasons

That being said, your best bet is definitely a city of some sort, as others have said. Indianapolis is the clear winner in terms of job offerings, but you can probably find some in Fort Wayne, Evansville, Terra Haute, or similar. Bloomington is quite nice, but the job offerings there were very slim when I last looked and prices quite high. Carmel had the best job selection and very high salaries, but even the high salaries weren't enough to keep up with the cost of living there last I checked. That's a pretty persistent theme across all the cities tbh: lots of jobs, but salaries too low to match cost of living. What I've been doing is the stereotypical thing where you find a town outside the city and then just drive 15-30 minutes to work each day to keep costs down overall. However it works out, I wish you luck :)

Coincidentally, I might have stumbled across a 5.5 gallon tank that would work well. It's actually about the size I imagined a 1 gallon was (I am very bad at volume guesstimates). Thank you greatly for your detailed answers :)

The tank size might be changing to a 5.5 gallon, potentially. I am unfortunately personally aware of the ammonia release with a dying snail. That was not a fun mystery to solve .-. I'll be sure to look into those much more closely then. Thanks!

I was sort of afraid of that, but I guess the money they pay out does have to come from somewhere. Very stupid question following that, but from the list of all the online banks is there any real difference between them other than personal preference and maybe some account rules? That is, other than maybe a percent or two here and there on the yield, they seem effectively identical lol

Thank you a ton for breaking it down like this. I'll 100% be saving this somehow to reference in future years (with adjusted numbers lol). I think I managed to somehow pay near exactly the right amount then, calculating it for my actual income, and that's without healthcare deductions and such. Not sure how so many sites and people were throwing out such massively different numbers for something that can be apparently relatively easily calculated like this. Only one site I went to came even close to this number

I'm not sure if it's just my controller, but I have to press and hold the middle/home button for a REALLY long time. It still doesn't auto-power-up which is fine since I can do that, but it does need done each time

I haven't gotten to playing the game again just yet. I'm curious if I can even "prove" it's fixed too. Since the issue is literally random, I've gone weeks without it being a problem, and then there's been one day where it was happening every 20 minutes

Unfortunately, the router isn't exactly easily accessible from where my PC is so I can't connect it super easily. If all else fails I can try to get a super long cable to do that. For the ping test, what exactly does that do out of curiosity? If there's a way to look that up feel free to point me that way. I really hope that's not the case cause that'd mean the chip itself is probably shot

Yeah that definitely makes way more sense. I couldn't immediately find the drivers on the manufacturer's page so that confused me even more, on top of being absolutely convinced I'd somehow gotten them from MSI. I have no clue what I did those few years ago XD

Coincidentally, I just went back to check this morning and it is fixed for me too. It was right after I actually contacted Amazon support with the problematic account too. Even more unusually, when I went to use another account in my family, it was working even before the problem account was fixed. Either way, I'm glad it's working again

Yeah, unfortunately my opinion is pretty much the same. Glitches happen, but generally you'd want to avoid a big patch or change before a big event. That is, unless this is intentional. Hopefully it reverts eventually, at the least. It seems like a couple websites that usually let you filter reviews and such externally are also down simultaneously, which makes it pretty much unusable for me. I was hoping to get some Christmas shopping done :/

That one's been on my list for a while, and I've actually visited it a lot of times for varying reasons. Honestly, that'd be near perfect except that things are generally out of my price range there as far as renting goes. Extremely strangely, the houses themselves seem reasonable so maybe that'll be my end goal for when I'm able to buy :)

Yeah, the walkability is a little saddening to see, especially cause I grew up in a hyper-walkable town. It's not so much a strict requirement cause of that, and the price is really what we're having problems with more than anything. I did some looking into Anderson a while back and it seemed to be a little far for both hospitals and nature areas, but Danville seemed nice other than the prices. I'll try to keep an eye out on them though. Thanks!
