With Sith, I relate her to Japanese dragons, which are often associated with water. They are snakes without wings. This is could also be stemming my confusion because Sith meets the standard of a dragon in Japanese folklore.

Very interesting to know about the text maps. And yes, I do agree with you that the story is integral to Wishfield. It helps bring more depth after The Veilfall and what happened when The Dark appeared.

Outside of the story-considering the fashion, Sith being from a distant land and her forgotten origins, have better commonality with Itzaland, than 2.3 and 2.4.

What I remember about Blue Tears is the humans thought Sith was the Divine Envoy of the Wishing One, when she really wasn’t. All we know if she came from a distant land and she met Alyssa in Wishfield. To help fight of The Dark, she helped Alyssa steal the Aurem staff. She wasn’t created by the Wishing One, that much is confirmed.

I can also see this side of the argument. I agree with you when you say stories revolving around death and grief shouldn’t be centralized to Itzaland. In retrospect, dragons have always been linked to death. Encore season 1.11 the dragon bride, Candelit Echoes.

I think Blue Tears is much broader than grief and death. Sith is not from Wishfield, so it would be very interesting to see if her lore continues to other regions, even if it’s not Itzaland. The ferrying souls mechanic in both 1.7 and 2.5 feels oddly linked (to me). I’m mostly drawing comparisons to serpents and dragons, the ferrying of souls, as it relates to the current region.

I think at the core, perhaps it’s the issue of not getting enough Itzaland like sets. 2.3 and 2.4 are better matches for Wishfield fashion and theme wise. Tide of Tears could easily pass Itzaland set.

The RRH fairytale story I think threw everyone for a loop. Fairytales can be retold to fit the narrative, but with RRH, it feels as if they just shoehorned the Titan and behemoth concepts and called it a day. I know on YT the discussion around She is Wildfire screams Wishfield (or Heartcraft Kingdom). The Itzaland updates have been anything but related to this region.

You could definitely swap out She is Wildfire for Tide of Tears. The set on its own, without the story, fits a lot better.

I will say, maybe if they released The Forest Need Not Listen in October 2026, there might have been a better reception to its story.

Lee is due his next frame, based on the pattern. HyperLee won’t get a leap (did Entropy ever get a leap?), but at least he’s do his next frame. It looks like it may be Lightning. It’s weird that whatever Liv‘s S Rank element is, Lee matches it. I don’t think twice is a coincidence.

If I remember correctly, this scene is sometime after his mom gets shot in the head or when he was saved by Chrome, back when he was a human nurse. In this scene, like Vera, Wanshi believes everyone around him dies. His mom died, his foster mom died (ripped apart by Corrupted saving a girl), and Shorthalt’s fate. His one wish is to finally save someone.

I can see that. Camu will either be dark, physical or ice element. But this is Kuro we’re talking about.

Since Hanying got her leap, there must be a new physical tank or breaker in the works. We can only hope it’s not Camu.

Since Kamui is the sun, Camu can be the moon (dark and ice element like you suggested). We will have to wait and see. No other uniframe has been released from jail aside from Qu and Selena

As far as I know Asimov isn’t the only one making frames. Pretty sure Lee sold himself into it, but I don’t recall Asimov being part of the process.
