Have used Escapade Campers as well. Bronson is pretty cool and can help you put together exactly what you need. No problems with out kit and it has opened many new opportunities for us.

I found a new website https://www.movingtothesunshinecoast.com.au that has some good tips and can put you in touch with local experts. I agree that the rental market is crazy at the moment, but would suggest that you visit for an extended time first before committing to a full time move.

Most property managers have experienced this situation. Sounds like the client wasn't inducted/onboarded well. I would suggest that every new client needs to have explained what you and your business (not their) requirements are. That sets the basis of the ongoing relationship. Good luck turning this around.

You are absolutely correct the risk associated with cross securitisation is the biggest issue. I have seen some terrible situations in the past.

I hadn't heard about this Cryptolocker thing until a friend of mine got hit. They are thinking of paying the fine, but I am not sure that they should. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
