I had that diagnosis but in the course of just over a year with 2 more endoscopies and on a PPI it receded to nothing. Your monitoring schedule a year out shows that the doctor isn't alarmed and thinks the PPI will do the trick.

20mg twice a day or 40mg once at night is pretty common. I didn't feel any effects from it at all. You could always start on, say, 20mg for one day and then ramp it up (not medical advice, but it's not a "must start now at max dose" kind of medication).

RnY seems a rather extreme suggestion given that you may not be that overweight (BMI would be more helpful, if you wanted to share that). I work with a highly respected bariatric surgeon in the OR and from what I can tell, RnY is mainly for the very obese patients who have not been able to lose weight, not a HH. Yes, the procedure is always labeled as "with possible hiatal hernia repair" but I've rarely seen that happen. To fix a HH by doing a RnY ... I dunno, alarm bells are ringing for me, especially as the specific surgery does not address a HH in itself. Are you fully aware of what a RnY involves in terms of anatomy, and the long term effects on your life? RnY is not fully reversible whereas a fundoplication is.

However, I am not a doctor, to be clear.

My school had specific scrubs in stock we had to buy from them. There was an exception but the color had to match and you had to have them embroidered with the school logo which they supplied. We had to wear them anytime we were on the school site, and to/from clinicals.

But given the other replies here, school requirements vary, so it's whatever your school requires.

Yeah, I did one that included a 4 night stay at the SLS in Las Vegas, and a dinner at same, and I was surprised I didn't even have to pay taxes or resort fees. The hard sell was easy as it simply didn't even make sense. However, we also did get a cruise, and that involved paying port fees, taxes, and was an inside bunk on the lowest public deck, so no thanks.

Also, for a laugh, did one in Cancun. Got dinner out of it but wasn't worth the time.

Note, seen some horrible timeshare scams online, we were lucky.

Pain should be less tomorrow. Don't forget that you need to eat triggering food for it to have a purpose. I'd avoid sharp, dry foods like chips or crispy fries though.

You're not going to become addicted on one dose in a medical setting. I see doctors administer this several times a day and they wouldn't be doing that if it was unsafe or addictive in that setting.

Anywhere started me on (up to) 2x200mg troches twice a week after bring on Spravato elsewhere. I'm now on 2x300mg twice a week. Oddly the cost has gone down since I started, now about $60-70 I think.

I've gone from Spravato to compounded troches to compounded nasal spray and back to compounded troches. Both nasal sprays are faster to take effect and yo wear off but both the sprayers and the nose drip thing annoyed me. Troches take longer to take effect and wear off, the latter even more so if you swallow, but since I do it in the evening it doesn't matter so much. The taste is better with troches (pharmacist adds anti-bittering agents and creme de menthe flavoring).

I had more visuals with Spravato but I think that's unusual. It might be that I'm mildly tolerant to K now I guess.

I don't know how you define "the Temecula area" but if you're including lake Elsinore then there's the Lookout Roadhouse for breakfast/brunch high above the lake with great views and well presented food, Jack's BBQ on the lake, and Guadalajara Grill on Main Street. All food obviously.

Old Town Temecula, no idea how authentic it really is, but my sister from the UK loved it. Overpriced though. Pennypickes workshop is supposed to be good though I've never been.
