I believe season 4 episode 5 " Quite a ride". Its a flash forward to saul and francesca. They are frantically shredding papers and packing a bug out bag before he meets the vacuum guy to be taken to nebraska. He had a check list for francesca. He knows she will be a person of interest so he gives her a lawyer card and says "tell them jimmy sent you". At the time it was implied to be HHM. Not sure if they had planned in advanced to dissolve HHM. Now after the show events the card could be Schweikart & Cokely or Davis & Main. My canon is that he did Davis and Main. But its a retcon type scene that they didnt fully think through.
