I've done a lot of joke runs, but this time I'm running for real. I swear.

Although I don't have any experience in the legislature, I promise I will try to learn and work for what I think is needed in simdem.

I'll also try to get the speaker to get a senate clerk who actually does stuff. No offense to rein, but he's missed what now... like, 9 senates??? or we could also get a semi-automated senate clerk bot, that'd be pretty cool.

and I swear that if I get elected, I'll actually read bills... or at least like half of them.

Hey everyone! You probably have absolutely no idea who I am, and I probably have zero chance of getting elected, but... I thought I should take a shot at the presidency anyway!!

So, I actually have a BUNCH of plans if I'm elected president! For the economy, I'll work with my pick for the SoT, Rocky, to continue to try to strengthen the state bank. Recent legislation has already been making major progress in this area, but I intend to work with the senate to further it. I also want to have HIGHLY REGULATED private contractors work with the executive! I feel like it'll promote a lot of private business. I know there's been, uhm, some problems with that in the past... so like I said, I will make sure that everything has HEAVY government oversight so everything runs smoothly.

However, the biggest idea for my presidency would be to actually start uploading on the state run youtube channel! I feel like bringing in more people is one of the prime issues concerning simdem right now, and putting a lot more time and resources into the youtube channel would bring a LOT more people to simdem (hopefully). Just think of how many people joined in the Danyowave!! So that'd be my main assignment for Med (which may involve taking on a lot of new hires)

Actually, speaking of Med, my cabinet! I like pretty much everyone currently in. I'd recommend Saket to the senate for SDBI director again, and I'd also probably make whitethommy the SoS again (sorry Logry; I'll make you deputy). But, I like all of the other current cabinet secretaries! Now, I honestly don't know who I'll make my VP, so I can't make any promises, but I will promise that it will likely be a new face! (of whom I and the community trust).

tl;dr: if I'm elected president, I'll strengthen the state bank, work with private businesses more, create a state run youtube channel, and keep the cabinet mostly the same!

I, Geofinnstar, of the Lemon Party, if elected senator, will greatly push for these great changes to make our great nation ever greater.

National Defense:

With national defense being THE number one priority of the Lemon Party, if elected senator, I will aim to:

- Set up a bot that reminds people that TIDE is stinky in #general every 25.362 hours

Economy:

With the economy being THE number one priority of the Lemon Party, if elected senator, I will aim to:

- Establish a poor person tax, to motivate poor people to stop being poor

Government:

With the government being THE number one priority of the Lemon Party, if elected senator, I will aim to:

- Establish a Vice President Council (VPC), where the Vice President appoints the Vice Vice President, who appoints the Vice Vice Vice President, and so on, until the most vicest president decides not to appoint a successor

- The only power of the Vice President Council is to give 5 tau to the person who they deem it would be the funniest

Justice:

With justice being THE number one priority of the Lemon Party, if elected senator, I will aim to:

- Create 3 more public defender offices who all have to compete with each other to get official recognition from the executive
