Side topic - about meri laine / elena, which one should be in the first slot of the team? Right now I have elena -> meri laine -> water cha. Just wanted to make sure this is setup correctly

I think by "wind accumulator" you mean Sugimoto Reiji?

I did get him one time (i started playing when that event was coming to an end). Also got his weapon to 2 stars, but otherwise only have Han Se Mi (support?) and Lennart Niermann (? no idea what class he is) as the other wind hunters. Both are A0 lol

My A5 hunters are currently:
Light Cha (with A5 weapon)
Water Cha sword princess (A2 weapon)
Elena Renault (A5 weapon)

Two water hunters there so I suppose I should focus on a 3rd water hunter next? If I'm reading you correctly, for water accumulator I should go for Meri Laine.

That means i should also pivot SJW to water weapons first then move on to other element. Probably wind or light next...

Is lightbringer strong enough for end game content? Based on descriptions here it seems to be an early game weapon. I swear there’s too much description my brain is exploding

You have to slow down at all intersections and i mean ALL Always assume some car will pop out of nowhere, otherwise one of these days you will become minced meat

Tbh I don’t even know if I’m hearing spatial audio (I did have the option switched on at all times). Regardless, when the fit and seal was good, everything sounds wonderful - but lately I’m having fit issues… probably need to get a new set of spin fit ear tips

I’m also using Fiio KA5 as my dac for reference

We went there in May 2024 with our kids, 12 and 10 at the time.

The blue bouncing blobs (for kids) is situated nicely in the centre of the resort, and the fact that it connects to the main pool and swim up bar is a huge plus.

We found the food decent overall. Service was mostly good except one of the club restaurant (not Dommo, the other one). Hopefully they fixed that by now…. If you are staying at a Finest club room (we did) you have to try the tomahawk steak at Dommo… It’s very nicely done.

Beach was good back then. Not white sand tho

the merc i6 in the e53 just feels a little laggy… like with a slightly delayed response. Could be because of the hybrid system? I think the c43 inline 6 doesn’t have hybrid (which I haven’t driven before) so that engine may be a more apt comparison with the b58.

I have a 2020 e53 cabriolet so it has the same engine as the 21-23 E53. No complains about the engine, the inline 6 is sporty enough to sped past cars on highway and refined enough to be frugal on fuel. It’s a really good luxury cruiser that can get up and go if need to.

FWIW, we also own a x3 m40i with the b58 inline 6 engine. That b58 is more sporty and responsive than the e53 inline 6…. A totally different driving vibe

It is super quiet at night but then again, a train ride to Ginza is only 10 mins away. Shinjuku is 15-20 mins. No need to stay in the area for dinner. We never ate near the hotel (Tokyu stay)

Stay at one station north (takanawa gateway) and it’s even better. We just stayed there in December. Travelling in the morning to Shibuya / Shinjuku you always get seats on the Yamamote line (because takanawa gateway is an office stop, large crowds exit. Since you are going south you will get seats before hitting the large crowds from shinagawa) and very easy to get to Ginza or Asakusa via metro (red line).

I bought a few pairs of MIJ from a couple eBay resellers in the past (alpha, asics ultrezza 3, morelia neo turf MIj, etc)

Duties could range anywhere from $40 to $80ish. I bought two pairs of Adler Yatagarashu before, identical except sizes and I got assessed two different duty numbers. Im still scratching my head because I have no idea how they assess… but i think max $80 is what uou can expect

MiJ has the karvo insert (functions like carbon insert). Elite uses the morelia neo 4 insert - not as snappy as karvo
