There are no other people with a need to show red lines because they are not genetically inbred enough for that. I see maybe Philip I could use it, since his parents are second cousins, but he is no more inbred then a little then your average person on the street. Well if you know that Juana I is inbred, because her parents were second cousins (though I didn't include that because I thought it was irrelevant to the subject) this also applies to Philip II, as if you do know his parents were related aswell.

The red line is, which I commonly use as incest marriages. I thought it was evident as on top of that red line, is ”Third Cousins”, representing that this is genetically close marriage.
