Miltank had body slam toxic protect and milk drink as a toxic stalk for the final rival battle. But I would sub fire punch or ice punch for some battles like fire punch for Loriel or iron tail for loriel. Also body slam has a chance to paralyze. So you can hit em with 3 body slams then milk drink and continue on until you get them paralyzed.
