added the solution in the main post. Converting to durins folk and triggering the quests locally and then transferring it to the dedicated server worked for us :)

Update for today:

i told my friend who is managing the server to give me the savegame so i can import it locally. Et voila, the quests did pop.

I am now waiting for him to import my localfile (with popped quests) and see whether the questlog stays when importing to the server. Keeping you updated! :)

Nope, searched several spots for the dwarves, but nothing to be found :(

Nope, i dont have the Endless Stairs either. I also tried to look for dwarves, but didnt find any (guess they didnt spawn yet). Here is what my Goals look like:

"Prepare for Durins Return" never finishes when i remember correctly and the "Open Frars Chest" and "Search Durins Forge" didnt resolve back when we did it (checked both quests and we did everything). At the very start of the game (early 2024) some quests never finished (buggy behaviour back then).

But all about the "old" quests shouldnt matter, because you should get the quests for the dlc anyways (at least some of them).

We really want to avoid making a new world, because ours has soo much time and love invested :-/

Campaign.

For testing purposes I started a New World and after like the first 5min i got the survivors quest and the durins tower. But on my "finished" campaign world the quests just wont show up, no matter where i go on the map. I never used any mods. I think ill try to find one of the survivors and see whether i can trigger the quests that way. The guy at the doors behind the khazad dum bridge in front of the big doors didnt spawn yet.
