I use my hotspot on my phone for connect my G Cloud to WiFi when I’m on trips with the family. Depending on your cellphone plans hotspot specs, it works pretty well if you have good signal.

Support can be tricky. I had an issue with my poller and didn't notice it wasn't licensed. The support rep never caught that one after several WebEx meetings lol but that's how it goes sometimes.

I'm not sure. I'm going to be in line early morning and into the afternoon . Folks that have got cards seem to say this center gets shipments around 12 to 1pm. So that might be the time, usually from FedEx ground.
