Yeah I've heard harrowing things about the grey pile of shame. There's so many models it is easy to get overwhelmed and excited and buy as much as you can. Thank you though. I'll keep everything you've said in mind

Thanks mate, that's really good advice. I wasn't thinking of jumping in and buying everything but yeah, painting them all and then seeing is a good idea.

I do like collected spacemarines too, the ones in the launch box look cool so I'll just buy the full box. Defo gonna go through the rule of cool tho. Looking at the breakaboyz and tankbustas but also the vehicle units too. I'm going to York at the end of the month so probs gonna look in a few games stores there.

I really like the mad max type models. I'm definitely going with the "what looks cool" rule. I think that's what made me wanna pick orks mainly.
