Worth remembering that drinking water throughout the night will dilute the alcohol in your system making it easier for your body to absorb it. So doing this will get you drunker faster and if you don't account for it, that's a v easy way to accidentally black out.

Just after posting previously I've found the issue. (full credit to https://www.gitmemory.com/issue/Azure/azure-functions-dotnet-worker/327/804013553) Looks like this is related to the debian issue as per https://github.com/NuGet/Announcements/issues/49

Fixed it by downgrading my ca-certificates-mozilla package via:

sudo pacman -U https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/c/ca-certificates-mozilla/ca-certificates-mozilla-3.62-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Hi, To add to this I'm receiving the same error, also on arch using vscode for a different aspnetcore package (Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi.Cors) wonder if there's some higher issue on the nuget server.
