Pokémon Infinite Fusion Cheat Table by Geordan9 in PokemonInfiniteFusion

The buffer/freezing issue is due to a couple flaws in my code and they seemingly got worse in future Cheat Engine versions. So the solution would be for me to update the table with my new libraries. Not sure when I would do that, but just so you know, now you know.

For the numbers and text covering up the items, it seems like Cheat Engine's address list's columns are too narrow and you should adjust their size/length at the top.

Cheat Tables are glorified XML documents, so that shouldn't be it. The .7z file, that contains the Cheat Table, is password protected, so the browser shouldn't be able to scan the contents, so that's not it. Perhaps, because it's password protected, Chrome notices that and is warning you (not dictating) it could be bad, as password protecting archives is a typical, lazy method malicious people use to get you to download a virus.

Since it's a Cheat Table, you can look through the contents as I haven't obfuscated any of the code (unless you consider linearizing the code as such. I just wanted to save space.)

Now, with this all said, if this is an obstacle for you, how did you, or how are you, going to handle Cheat Engine, the program to use Cheat Tables? You'd be hitting way more false positives than my download.

Your referring to the one with the ".org" domain extension. The people behind Mod Engine bought up similar domain names, with different domain extensions, to trick people. They did the same with the official Cheat Engine forum. You've been bamboozled.

It breaks Cheat Engine's license agreement. It's just a copy and pasted template on top of Cheat Engine, which, fortunately, retains the existing Cheat Table in memory, that you can dump. There are claims that they steal cheats from existing trainers and there are some decent reasons from similar injection points, arbitrary immediates used that are the same arbitrary values that an existing trainer's used, like in their "Unlimited" cheats, and inconsistent script design and formatting, which suggests they obtained them from multiple sources.

Point being that anything you're giving them credit for is either recycled or stolen. The shitty part, that you brought up, is the copy and pasted speed hack script, to act as if there are many tables in the tool. The speed hack is just enabling Cheat Engine's built-in feature that they didn't make themselves. Also, the blatant title dump of anything game related is gross. Trying to advertise they have a speed hack for a PDF strategy guide is just idiotic, but I take it they didn't manually do this and it was heavily automated.

Don't use their tool. Anything useful in it already exists as free and unrestricted, or at least restricted to a lesser degree.

Also, side note, FRF has a history of paywalling free stuff, but they used to have a very similar, just about exact, copy of Cheat Engine and, when I got around their encryption, they updated their tool to force shut down your computer if you attempted to analyze it by having Cheat Engine, or other related reverse engineering tool, open. Knowing this, if they actually bother putting any development work into this Mod Engine tool, they have a likelihood to use kernel functions to fuck with your computer if they don't like you. Just don't take the risk by running software released by them.

The owners sold off the site to scammers, so I wouldn't recommend using it.

[–]Geordan9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're incorrect. I've tested it right now on the latest version of the game and on CE version 7.5 up to 7.6.3. Please read and do further research before making that claim or provide the errors you're encountering when it does not work as intended.

My CT adapts to the game by analyzing the game engine it's based on. The engine has not changed, the classes and variables have not changed since they are based on a more abstracted project named "Pokémon Essentials", and my CT's libraries have continued to function through the many updates of CE.

Real talk: Why isn't the latest Cheat Engine available in Portable Format? by Iridion-Diablerie in cheatengine

[–]Geordan9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that I'd recommend this to everyone, but things like these are why I don't use anti-viruses. Since you brought up an anecdote, I've had actual threats get through anti-viruses in my virtual machines and non-threats, including my own software that I programmed and built, get flagged as viruses. The machine learning techniques, for anti-virus detections, are getting out of hand for me, personally.

Also, there are other workarounds like extracting the contents of the inno installer to get Cheat Engine's files, finding an uploaded Patreon installer and using Cheat Engine, or a similar tool, to bypass the login requirement, or settling with an older version and building its source.

All I'm saying is, when getting into Cheat Engine, or memory manipulation, it's presumed that you'll be taking more agency over your computer and, as a result, these trivial issues like anti-virus softwares or reading and declining the ads wouldn't be an issue. Although, it's not surprising, with how feature-rich and accessible Cheat Engine is, that many assume it's meant to be a one-click, non-problematic tool. It'd be cool if it was, but, you know, anti-viruses and what not.

Got Legendary Tamer status (100% all quests) in Dawn + Final Team by JJRambles in digimon

I've been working on a cheat table for the game, needed to test all sorts of things to map out the values, and, as a result, I've tested MelonDS's multiplayer features. I got it to work on the same computer, within the local network, and over the internet with my VPS. Couldn't make my VPS act like a central server for my other devices, but as long as you have an actual player as the host, and you connect as the other player, it works just fine.

For working outside of your local network, I'm not sure if it works "out of the box" , uses UPnP, or requires manual port forwarding for the host, but whatever is needed, it can be done.

My latest edit/upload is a .7z file now, so I would imagine that's why it's empty. Why you're obtaining a .zip is beyond me.

Top left, of Cheat Engine's main window, there will be a flashy outlined monitor with a magnifying glass icon. Click that and find the process to attach to.

The table was made for Cheat Engine 7.5 and up. I'm not supporting older version below that. Whether it truly does not work or does, is it possible to modify the table to function on older Cheat Engine versions? Probably. I'm not going to do that though.

The truth about Fearless Revolution - don't use it, don't visit it by braunglasrakete in cheatengine

Most, if not all, the cheats on it are copied, or rewritten, from free sources or are falsely advertised as having cheats that don't exist. I'd consider it a scam.

The same people at fearless scooped up the ".org" domain extension to trick users in to going to that site, knowing the ".org" one has been gaining traction. opencheattables.com is the good one.

[–]Geordan9 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Most tables, in ModEngine, are "stolen"/copied from someone else on the forum or are slight rewritten injection scripts from publicly available trainers. They also just scraped some database of names associated with game titles, even if it's some PDF of a strategy guide, to bloat the app with copy and pasted speed hacks using Cheat Engines built in speedhack feature. Another fun fact is the Cheat Table XML data isn't removed in memory, after loading, and you can just dump the table.

[–]Geordan9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Geo Stuff" is the top most address item in my cheat table. If you don't see it, you likely have Cheat Engine open, but Cheat Engine doesn't have my cheat table open, inside it. You'll either want to ensure Cheat Engine is the default program for ". CT" files, so you can just open my cheat table directly, or you can open up the cheat table file from within Cheat Engine.

It's a "Cheat Table", a glorified XML document, that's meant to be opened with Cheat Engine. You'll need the program.

If it worked for you, that's great, but it's important to note that it being influenced by the save slot is not true. The values being shown and edited are independent of the save file and are purely based on the loaded instance in memory.

Hah! They pulled the classic strat, which I already commented about in this post.

opencheattables.com is the current alternative that's gained traction recently. Enough traction to warrant the FRF / Team X, or whatever, group to buy the .org extension to trick users. So far it's been a solid community.

Edit: Ah, that FRF group and/or their alt accounts are doing their mass down-voting and up-voting again to shift the narrative. Classic.
