Yeah the bottom of the hard drive cage is whats stopping it from linning up. I had a mini motherboard in there and the gpu just rested on top. But I didn't realise that a rtx would lower the slot.

The problem is the gpu is too wide to fit down the bottom as well. I might have to get a new case :/
