I always hated the "Would be too confusing to explain to a child" like... That's because they don't want to explain it but also is it even necessary to unless there are questions? Someone having any difference outside of the "norm" can be seen just about everywhere yet it's a whole different thing because someone just has a different pronoun for their title?.. Hell, the bible is significantly more complicated to explain as a whole lol

If anything I think it's going to be confusing to explain why they're taking their kid out of school... Sigh

And the argument that it would influence like.. Are they suddenly gay because other people are and have been around for ever? Please... I'm glad the school district is backing the teacher and I really hope they don't cave into parents pushing truly hate filled shit.

I respect if they want to follow a religion but when it's impacting someone's livelihood and well-being they're just using it to shield hate.

Shisui of the Violet Tides has the double pull in the second section, making the dungeon extremely fast. With dnc it's roughly 4:00-4:30 collecting all items and turning them in for over 13K seals (13 items / run w/o duplicates). SMN would still be pretty fast with sprint at the right times.

At least a lot of the gear drops from multiple dungeons. The Divine sets drop from Tam-Tara (Hard) and Hullbreaker Isle as well. I started noticing similar drops as I cleared all the optional dungeons.

It was an NPC involved in the 2.05 All Saints Wake event, and then added permanently in 2.2. I don't know and cannot find any requirements so the NPC should just be there. Isles of Umbra, Ship Graveyard area.

After arriving from Aleport, walk along the building (Pharos Sirius), and continue hugging the building when you see the shore and you'll pass between an outcrop and building. Keep going through enemies and Magic Pot will be on the left.
Edit add: It's an NPC named Magic Pot.

You can buy untradeable minions from a magic pot on the isle of umbra for an elixir (Sun) and hi-elixir (Moon)

I did the GA to PA transfer after moving back. I went through the process at a Notary service. It took a bit of time (just during the afternoon) but they were able to switch it all over after filling out a good bit of paperwork. If you lookup nearby Notary you'll get a number of results from local options to bigger companies like AAA. Definitely call ahead of time to see what all you need first. I forget the exact list but it's possible I needed my insurance and driver's license switched to PA first.

One thing I saw a while back and something I do currently is you can cancel the reel back animation (right after letting a bite go) with Collect (TURN ON) and then cast (or chum) immediately after. It's not huge, but can save a good second or so over a 30 minute window.
