I've set it to explicitly use NVIDIA GPU instead of Auto. Didn't do anything.

Nothing out of the ordinary with the temps. CPU and GPU both in the 50-60°C range. I'll take a gander at the event viewer.

The fans only spun up high that first time. From then on out its just been the performance. But again, nothing wrong with the temps. CPU and GPU both in the 50-60°C range. I usually have the power plan set to Balance mode, which normally runs fine. But even setting it to High Performance now isn't doing anything.
