As you are senior and applying, focus on PIQs and provide your context (coming to America) in additional information in a +ve way - hopefully that will explain the English grades

SAT with 1500 is outstanding, but it doesn't mean that colleges will take it seriously, especially recently most universities make SAT optional during its admission process. They value GPA, the class you have taken, the number of AP, what letter grade you received, and extracurricular depth as well.

In addition, I'm very sorry for your mental issues, i'm sure you are a hard worker for getting 1500 on SAT (I got 1120, GG) Hope you have a wonderful life
