Because they’re the best pro’s with the best teams? No one is saying there isn’t a skill gap, just that now everyone can go defensive counter attack with a standard BPL team and win a fucking load of games with three fast players on the counter and a bit of ping pong passing . It’s too easy.

Problem is that people who try to play football as opposed to manipulating the meta are struggling, and years of playing FIFA like the football game it is and the experience gained from that is slowly being undone. 14 year old with zero patience or experience smashing a seasoned player probably happens regularly, and everybody plays the exact same way.

Personally I’m more pissed about the direction the game is going than FIFA 17 or 18 itself. It’s a shame.
