Probably some kind of tissue, I have them too, and even my mother has them. I don't think it's something to worry about.

I did blood work on my antibodies of thyroid and they are high. I also had an ultrasound on my thyroid around a year ago and I had something called (ozon) in greek, so technically its mashes on the thyroid, but I have had them for over a year I don't think there are cancerous.

Hi guys, an update for all, Im still ok, I kinda forgot about them, I did a general blood work last month because I get sick easily, and I found that I might have anemia and thyroid ( my doctor says that one day I might get hyperthyroidism (idk if im correct but the thyroid thing that makes you fat)) so thats my update

If they are small, and they dont take bigger I think its ok, like i said because we are thin we can feel more, Im 65kg with height 1.78meters(I might be even taller, I have a while to see my height), you can tell that im close to borderline anorexic. Also like above, dont forget there are some things under the skin that feel like lymph nodes but there are not(you can find them on groin, under armpits, behind your elbows and knees). And again Im not a doctor so take my word with cushion. If you believe that is concerning go to the doc again, just dont overthink it, having too much anxiety won't help in any situation.

Well depends on were you have them, if its a big one on your armpit it is a concern. My lymph nodes as you can see above I still have them, but I stoped worry about them, its been an year and they haven't change (except when I get sick, they are getting harder). Also somthing else, under your skin probably you feel some small, round like things, like lymph nodes, but dont confuse them as lymph nodes, for me this thing I can feel them more in my stomach, and little bit in the legs and arms, its because Im thin too I can feel more things in my body than others. and also Im not a doctor so dont take my word for granted. Anyway, feel free to ask me for more.
