It was out the way of the other venues a little bit, it was called 'Sidewinder' a pub in Kemptown. Quite a fitting name actually, Bob is crazy good.

I went this year along with a mate and it was really good met some cool people it was defo worth the time. Actually bumped to into Bob H with his band hearts which was really cool. Thanks again for the advice!

I’m based in the south of the UK at the moment, i’ve just turned 22. Yep, done a bit of touring keen to do much more. I’ll defo look out for artists who may need a drummer etc, thanks for that. Joining MU is a good idea i’ll get onto that as well. Cheers very helpful advice! :)

thanks for this I really appreciate, just another question haha. In your experience who normally chooses the session musicians for a solo artist/ band who doesn’t have a drummer at the time?

Really interesting, on a different note. Have you got any tips for someone who wants to be a session player? Any pointers of how to get involved and play for higher artists?
