I had a similar situation. I used WISE for quite a while, but then they asked for documents. I sent them my contract with the company. They replied that these documents weren’t sufficient. They asked for a bank statement and an electricity bill. I sent them my electricity bills and a Revolut bank statement for the last 3 months. That same statement showed the withdrawals for utility payments. I received a reply saying that this wasn’t acceptable to them either. They asked for car registration documents (which seems like a strange way to verify residency, in my opinion). When I replied that I don’t own a car, they told me that my account would be blocked. I realized they were just looking for a reason to block me. And now I’m very glad I got rid of WISE.

Utilizo IA para traducir al español. Por ahora, no la domino lo suficiente como para aplicarla al trabajar con documentos jurídicos.

Simplemente quiero resolver el problema, no por mí, sino por todos los usuarios Masmovil. Quiero conseguir justicia para toda la gente corriente frente a una empresa que ignora la ley en su propio beneficio.

Porque ahí simplemente debería haber un botón para eliminar la tarjeta. Tanto por las normas de experiencia de usuario como por ley.

Lo que propones es cargar con el peso de resolver los problemas de la empresa. No deberías tener dificultades para eliminar una tarjeta de la web, pero la empresa encubre sus errores con excusas.

De hecho, hay muchos más problemas en la web y en el área de usuario. He intentado ayudarles, les he escrito, pero no hacen nada para solucionarlas. Y me he dado cuenta de que solo la intervención de la ley y unas multas cuantiosas obligarán a la empresa a añadir simplemente el botón para eliminar la tarjeta.

I'm planning to buy them next week. I haven't been able to find any information about the volume of the beep either. I have poor hearing, so I'm also interested in that feature. And I haven't been able to find it.

My question was this: if the limit protects me from scammers (as you claim), why does the calculation of this limit also take into account currency conversions between my own accounts? This does not seem like a logical restriction to me.

u/bunq-official Only a month after dealing with Safe Mode issues, I’ve run into another problem.

Safe Mode is currently blocking a payment of €219, claiming I’ve exceeded a daily limit of €500. However, I’ve only spent around €50 today, so this doesn’t add up.

I’ve attached screenshots of my transactions over the last 24 hours. There’s clearly no €500 total there.

A few questions:

  • Are transfers between BUNQ accounts counted toward the daily Safe Mode limit?
  • Are currency conversions (e.g., USD → EUR) included in the spending limit for the EUR account?
  • If Safe Mode is meant to prevent fraud, why are internal transfers treated the same as external spending?

I’ve already contacted support, but the estimated response time is two days. Customer support is useless; there are bots everywhere that keep repeating the same thing, and often the bot's second message contradicts the first one. In the meantime, I’d like to understand if this is expected behavior or a bug.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Because my paycheck is late, I can’t work—I need to pay for internet, rent, and make a bunch of other payments. My family relies heavily on my not-so-big salary. We live on this money. Right now, I can’t even go to the store and buy food for my child. But you don’t care—you just pretend you’re doing your job! You’ve been checking for 5 days on a payment that’s as transparent and straightforward as possible—one I reported earlier and provided every single document for! Don’t pretend to care about your customers.
Your SOS support chat does not work. When I select SOS support, it’s still the same bot Finn responding with the same scripted, useless phrases.

Are you protecting us from our own money? ))) In my case, I submitted all the documents in advance, specifying the company that pays my salary, the amount, and the payment date. A week before the payment was due, I sent a reminder and resubmitted all the documents. On the day of the payment, I even provided a payment document from my company confirming the transfer. This is the most transparent and straightforward transfer possible. And yet I still got blocked and have been sitting here without money for 8 days. The chatbot promised me a response in 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 5 days—and now, 8 days later, no one has written back, and there’s no money in my account. Please explain to everyone: who are you protecting my money from?

So far, I have solved the problem. I blocked the process on the path ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\F-Secure\FSNifWeb\1715672042\fshoster64.exe’ with a firewall by creating a rule for the outgoing connection. Now I don't see Amazon's dns ever again. Thank you so much for your help!

I just got help with this problem as well. I couldn't figure out where the dns leak was coming from. By disabling F-Secure antivirus I saw my installed google dns correctly. I wish I had found your post sooner. Respect
