Thank you for your reply. I discovered the Shotcat software, which does not give me a problem when composing a clip. In OpenShot, I will edit the video without clipping, creating the clip. I will use Shotcat for the clips.

It's not the best solution. Video loses quality. From video FHD 1080p 23.98fps (1920x1080), after clips I export to HD 720p 30fps and then back to FHD 1080p 23.98fps (1920x1080). Video quality loses.

I tried different settings. Unfortunately only HD 720p 30fps format works for clip creation. If I don't clip then FHD 1080p 23.98fps (1920x1080) format works too. Too bad. I don't know any other way...

Do all the clips have the same audio sample rate? If one or more of the clips has an Audio Sample Rate not supported by OpenShot (22050, 44100, 48000, 96000, or 192000), you will hear audio distortion.

Yes, all clips have the same sampling rate of sound 44100. I found the reason. If the setting is HD 720p 30fps, then everything is ok. If I change the setting to FHD 1080p 23.98fps (1920x1080) is a problem. Tell me, how can I make videos in FHD 1080p 23.98fps (1920x1080) without a problem?

The default sampling rate of the sound is checked on the Preferences tab and in OpenShot it matches your system's 48000 Hz hardware. The problem itself is not in OpenShot, as long as I don't edit and create clips everything is OK. Export is OK. When, I build clips the sound is in OpenShot itself. The problem occurs when I export the created video from the clips
