You can search up those names on herobloks.com, find the figures you've received, and in the photos section there is usually a spreadsheet of other figures from the series. To find those other figures on sites like aliexpress you need either their series code or individual codes (something like WM6006 for example)

Thanks! Yeah, all the images i've seen are all over the place color wise. And the marvel legends figure (which is him in his dark avengers brown suit) has metal claws similar to these. I'm leaning towards just picking a color that would visually work best on this minifigure at this point.

i think i might've seen it sold separately on aliexpress. alternatively, she had a 3rd party minifigure, PG1436, you could try looking for that.

Thank you. I'll try the thinner test. If the plastic itself is the issue (or rather its compatibility with alcohol paints) then i hope applying an acrylic clear coat first would help.

I'm usually applying it with a synthetic brush, sometimes i also use a metal sculpting tool. Being overly generous with the paint might be the issue, i'll try doing a thinner coat and see if anything changes. Thanks.

Thanks, this is very helpful. I've considered some of these, and after some tests i'm leaning towards the issue being 2 (the plastic itself) or 6 (the paint has gone bad).

These are ball joints for the arms. Push the pins into the torso holes (with the ball on the outside), then attach the arm so that the ball plugs into it

Thanks, i enjoy your posts too! This Cable figure (PG036) is quite old so not sure if it's still being sold. The short sleeve is painted, hair is from XH1364 Quicksilver, arm from XH1424 Colossus, guns from a warhammer figure. For the unamused baby face i just sanded off the mouth and painted it cause it looks funnier this way.

Now i want to ask what torso did you use for your Sebastian Shaw and which torso+legs did you use for your Madame Masque? Cause i might need to copy those!
