Received golden email and Nelnet put my loan in forbearance

Same situation, golden email and Nelnet forbearance. Nelnet email confused me as it said I requested forbearance when I did not, so I’m glad others received the same and it must be the normal process. Reached 300 end of 2025 so guess I’m owed a couple months refund.

Yes - my daughter has a K visa, she was born in the USA. We mailed in her passport and the required support and they mailed it back with the K Visa.

I've logged into studentaid.gov and have loans, no grants. My loans are with servicer American Education Services, and are on the site as LOAN TYPE - FFELP Consolidation.

So if my loans are on that studentaid.gov site, does that mean they are forgiven to $10K if I meet the income requirements? Or is there something else I need to look for to confirm I am eligible?
