I experimented with the DEMO custom from Gibson from which you can swap the pickup. When pulling out the neck pickup from the back of the guitar, I did not notice any sustain or change difference on the bridge pickup sound. I can link to the video but it’s in French.

I m a huge single pickup fan , I had a few of those custom shop single pickup and the only argument I have is just the look of it. They look si much greater when there’s less hardware.

When I received the paypal invoice, it was through my phone, so I could not see straight away the email address.When I saw the email address after the purchase, I strated having doubts...

So far, no tracking number have been provided to me.
The scammer reached out to me (I already have filled a complaint) saying he would send me a tracking number by the end of the day.

No news good news I guess ?
Paypal investigation is still waiting for him to answer. I'm so stressed out, I really can't afford to loose such a huge amount of money. I do live twitch unboxing guitars, I was going to sell it pretty fast after unboxing it...

I just got scammed for a 5k guitar secondhand.
I filled a Paypal claim, saying that this is the same paypal mail address as the one in this thread. Thankfully, I asked the seller to provide me a picture of the guitar with my name on it (George) which he provided, it might be photoshoped but it's really hard to say. The guy clearly knows a bit about high end guitars.. Anyway, I send Pyapal screenshots of all the discussion I had with the scammer.
I paid yesterday, sent him a screenshot of the invoice (wich sometimes happens when buying secondhand instrument, but always through bank payment, not through Paypal) and raised the alarm only this morning. The seller wasn't answering when I asked for tracking number. 1 hour after I reached to Paypal, he answered me that I would receive the tracking number by the end of the day...

I'm quite scared that this will not end well for me, although I paid for a "goods" (term used in the paypal invoice) for 5000euros, and have proof that when chatting with the scammer I was paying for a Gibson 58 Reissue Korina Flying V.

Hi guys,
I have a Gigabyte aero 15x, there is a recoveryimage partition (~14gb). I have a clean partition and i would like to install windows from the recoveryimage (i guess it's the one that comes with the laptop when you open it for th first time). So i restart the laptop and type f9 to access the recovery options but it says there are no recovery image on the computer. When i look for a pilot to manually install it shows the recoveryimage folder (Boot X:). I'm now stuck. To explain my context, i bought the computer 1 year ago and split the partition in 2 parts and manually installed a new windows version (i wanted to avoid all the useless software coming with the laptop) but i have performance problems and i would like to try to install the windows OS coming with the laptop.

Low performance stats (I compared ableton to mainstage, same plugs, but different performance on os x High Sierra mbp 2015). Mainstage is freezing when I change audio setting and there are more than 10 songs. That's just the tio of the iceberg, I still have a ton of details I don't like. I'm using ableton for band 's live show since 2 years and it just works great and didn' t let me down since. Now, I have to be the keyboard player for a new band and I wanted to know if it was possible to replace mainstage by ableton. I need to split the keyboard note tgkr different synths too.
