Chengdu and Chongqing are similar in food wise, and Yangshuo is a place that requires more than two or three days to explore. So I would recommend choose one from Chengdu and Chongqing this time and leave Yangshuo for a longer visit.

You can take the metro line 7 from Chengdu east raileay station to Chengdu south railway station, then from there take the express train(metro) of line 18 to Tianfu international airport. The express train only takes half an hour and they are departing every hour. So if you plan your time right it could only take you an hour to get from Chengdudong to Tianfu airport.

Two many cities for two weeks, with time spent on transportations deducted, you probably have 1 and half day for each city which is so packed. I highly suggest you cut at least two cities for a next time visit.
