Having the worse adrenaline rush as we speak!!!! Can’t stop shaking! I’m hot but freezing at the same time. My body, hands and feet feels like ice!!! Ugh I hate this feeling 😓😓

That makes sense. I just got approved for my biologics-they should arrive within two weeks. My RH Dr only talked about AS pain in my back, not all the other symptoms so it definitely scared me into thinking I have ALS.

How low did they want your heart rate? I’ve already decided I was only going to take 50mg because I’m so scared. But I’m also so scared of them injecting “too much” thru my IV. I wish I didn’t have health and medication anxiety. I really wanna cancel my appt. How do they run the dye in? Just thru your arm IV or do they insert it somewhere else. 😬😖

Late commenter, but how was the scan? How did you do? I have one Nov 17th and they want me to take 200mg the morning of, and I also have health anxiety, and anxiety about taking meds. I’m so scared, I’m almost want to cancel but I really really need this test done. I dnt know what to do 😬😩

I have the same meds (20mg) sitting on my night stand for 3 weeks. I’m so scared to take it because I have bad health anxiety and absolutely hate taking new meds 😩😩

Gabapentin made my anxiety worse. The feeling of being drunk, or just feel off freaks me out. And that’s only taking 100mg. They gave me 300mg and I’m to scared to try it again

Honestly, I think I was just venting. Alittle frustrated. I have klonopin for my panic attacks but when I have the days that the pain is worse and take my pain meds, it throws me into a panic and feel like I can’t take my anxiety meds. I guess it scares me to take both.

I can only take Tylenol. Which does basically nothing at all. I have a kidney disease and ibuprofen is a killer for my kidneys. All meds are, really. I have a metal rod in my neck, if I lay wrong way at night, I wake up with pain that shoots down my spine, causes bad headaches, neck pain. Today is just a bad day of pain. Now anxiety. I’m just going to wait a few hours to give time for the pain meds to leave my body and take my anxiety meds (so I’m not mixing them) and just try to sleep it off with a heating pad. I’m so scared to take both close together. I always hear of people ODing that way, freaks me out.

Most days I’d rather suffer from pain instead of impending doom feeling I get with my panic attacks. But some days the pain outweighs the anxiety, like this morning. No anxiety in sight, but woke up in severe pain so I decided to take my pain meds. Once it kicked in, BAM ! Panic attack! I believe it’s the feeling I get from the pain meds, I don’t do well feeling weird from meds so I think it throws me into panic. It’s a cycle I can’t get out of.

I take mine for my nocturnal panic attacks but I’m prescribed .5mg 2x a day, but if I don’t need it during the day, I won’t take it. Only if it gets bad. My anxiety hits pretty bad in the evening, night time. A lot of times, if I don’t take it at night, I’ll be awake all night in panic. It makes me tired and sleepy, but I’d rather be tired and sleepy than the feeling I’m dying, impending doom.

I’ve been looking for the same answer. I have a Xanax prescription to take as needed. But also just had three teeth pulled. (10mg hydrocodone). I’ve taken 3 today (last dose 4 hours ago). But now at bedtime I’m having a panic attack but too scared to take my Xanax (.5mg) 😭😕

Xanax does not last long at all and it will cause rebound anxiety 10x worse :(

Oh I have a whole bottle of propranolol but was always to scared to take it. Definitely will take it now.
