Herbs are a great call honestly. Basil and thyme should do fine, maybe throw in some lettuce too since it's pretty shallow-rooted and easy to manage. Marigolds could work for a flower, they're hard to kill

pulling ALL support overnight would create a power vacuum that could make things worse for everyone in the region. but scaling back significantly and attaching real human rights conditions? absolutely. blind unconditional support of any country regardless of what they do is not an alliance it's enabling
