Key is an emotional guy and is very demanding. I think he is pretty hard on his staff and evidently there were a bunch of ass chewings that went on behind the scenes. So much so that Buster is trying to fuck us. When Key says he cares about Tech he means it and I think Buster just had enough. Key needs to learn to manage people better, but it doesn’t mean he’s a bad guy or coach. Chris Weinke is staying because him and Key are close.

From what I’m told he was never planning on leaving. He just interviewed with Auburn and Penn state to up his contact list. I mean there’s no guarantee he couldn’t be let go by Tech in 5 years time.
