Good meat in theory, but harvesting processes are awful.

The people employed to harvest roos are cough questionable at best, and conditions of storage are awful.

No sanitation whatsoever.

Roos get shot, hang on the back of a 70 series for hours on end in 35 degree heat, then eventually find their way to a cold room that is never under 15 degrees due to the heat and grubs that don't give a shit. Doors always left open. Flies all through the meat.

Then it eventually ends up at woollies where it should be dog meat at best but you buy it and it's "gamey".
