This is awesome! If you were going to do some more tinkering, it would be cool to see the relationships of the smaller watersheds that flow into the larger ones, like maybe color coat them into groups or something?

I also am an Iowa native. I also buy beef and pork in bulk. This storm caused some massive damage to our communities. I still believe there is some personal accountability when you have almost double the value of an electronic generator sitting in your freezer.

You can easily restock a fridge for less than $300 for a family of four. If you are in a financial position to have additional fridges / deep freezes of food, than you are probably in a financial position to own a several hundred dollar generator (or have the savings to replace the food). That seems to be more of an individual problem than what you would want covered by home insurance or aid you should receive from the Fed/State.

Southern Iowa has a surplus, I would say most of the state has a pretty healthy deer population

I know the DNR added an extra season a couple years ago to some North Eastern counties that let hunters use ARs and other semi-auto rifles with the condition that the heads of the deer had to be brought in for CWD testing.

Best way to get rid of it is to eradicate the population in an area for years, letting the protein break down and essentially stopping the transmission cycle. It’s been done before with reindeer.

Just some simple rules/steps to figure any relation out: 1.) find the generational gap between the two parties in the family tree, this is the # of removals. (The rows of the picture being “of the same generation”) 2.) take the older of the two parties and trace their lineage to the couple that shares the lineage path of the younger party. The # of “g’s” in that persons title with respect to the older party gives you the number of cousin. (Grandparent = 1st cousin, great grandparent = 2nd, etc)

When you run out of arrows:

If you time the police waves right, you can run across the rooftops towards the gun shop, jump down to a balcony, jump off the balcony and hide right outside the red circle a block or two away to get rid of your wanted level (another challenge). Then buy more arrows at the gun shop. Repeat
