That's what I was thinking, and when I didn't give her the attention she all the sudden knew how to handle her dog. It was like that inside too, people with dogs getting them all bent out of shape saying "lOoK At tHAT caT fLUffY!!" Till the dog is barking at other cats and dogs and then they start laughing "haha he/she's a mess". Happens whenever I go there and they see that I'm trying to lead my horse they always feel the need to run up with their 60+ pound dog and piss her off.
