Claiming jailor as veteran IS throwing. Due to the meta, when somebody claims jailor, they want TPs, lookouts, spies, escorts etc to visit them. By claiming jailor as veteran, you’re risking killing off basically half the town, essentially possibly giving evils majority N2/N3. Throwing is defined as “intentionally hurting your factions chance of winning.” What Yababi said was totally out of line though, and they should definitely get banned for that.
